Some things that made me decide on my product was my knowledge on using graphic design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I know many tips and tricks, I can use multiple pages that have a theme, to create a magazine with all of the information that I have collected. My strengths are colour, font, and layout coordination, keeping information understandable, and with little words.
The product communicates my findings, by quotes, pictures, and facts on pages that are separated in subtopics, so the reader/viewer is understanding all the aspects of a tattoo. My product will communicate that tattoos have a wide-range of opinions, and will get to understand, and encouraging readers to develop a positive perspective on teenagers with tattoos. My products communicates the process before, during and long after getting a tattoo to help build an opinion based on facts.
In this stage, I learned how to work with colours better to match so my product would not look unappealing, or lazy. For example, olive green and mustard yellow do not match. Charcoal grey and teal work well together. I learned to match fonts with the information to maintain a good theme. I learned to manage my time better, I decided to sit and think about my extra curricular's, and assignment due dates, and created a plan so everything can get done, and I can still eat, sleep, and relax. I learned to have a backup plan that does not involve the internet as I almost lost some of my content.
